We offer three delivery options for UK Inc. N.Ireland:

Standard Delivery - (4-5 working days from warehouse dispatch) at £3.99

Next working Day Delivery - (if placed before 10am on WEEKDAYS ONLY) at £6.00 (we cannot offer this service to Scottish Highlands)

UK Saturday delivery, including N.Ireland - (On orders placed BEFORE 10am on FRIDAYS) at £7.50. You can order at ANY time during the week for a Saturday delivery, the deadline for this service is any Friday 10am. (We cannot offer this service to Scottish Highlands)

For UK Offshore Islands we offer a standard delivery service (5 working days from warehouse dispatch) at £7.00
Islands applicable: Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

EUROPE (for orders being sent to European destinations) is £6.50, this takes up to 5 working days from dispatch.

USA (for orders going to USA paid in pounds) is £15.00, this takes up to 5 working days from dispatch.

Please note that items are delivered Mon-Fri only, except if orders are placed using the Saturday delivery option (excluding Bank Holidays).

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery. For any items that Royal Mail fail to deliver, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges if the 28 day return policy has elapsed by this time.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option when processing your order at payment stage)
If the parcel is not signed for on arrival, it will be returned to us and you will be liable for the postage costs.

Once your order has been shipped the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes.

Your order cannot exceed 5 items

You can order up to 5 items and the postage charge will not exceed the set delivery charge.

We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses, however, we are now able to dispatch to the British Forces Post Office (BFPO).

Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.

We strive to process and dispatch all received orders within a maximum of 5 working days. However during "Sale" periods we are extremely busy and delays can occur. Please be assured we will always dispatch your order as soon possible.

What is a Offer Code?
An Offer Code is a personal number that can be used to get discount from a Dune product.
Please note that Promotion codes;
- can only be used once
- do have an expiry date
- are to be used by the recipient only
- cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
- can only be used online in conjunction with website advertising

How do I get a Offer Code?
Offer codes are featured along with advertisements in magazines and/or sometimes sent to Dune online registered customers. The advertisement or email will explain the percentage discount redeemable.

How do I use an Offer Code?
When reaching Your Basket there is a box above Grand Total stating "Offer Code", simply type in your Offer Code and click "update" - this will automatically calculate your discount.
